Policies and House Rules
We understand that life happens and can get messy. If you need to cancel your reservation, 60 days before your scheduled check in date you will get a full refund. After that you will lose your deposit. 30 days before your scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued.
Rule #1
Please have respect for the property and our neighbors. No smoking of any kind in the homes, fires in the fireplaces and fire pit must be attended at all times.
Rule #2
No pets allowed. We know it’s hard to leave our furry friends behind so, on occasion, we make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. A additional pet fee would be charged.
